Challenge
FutureVault’s "create a checklist" feature for financial advisors was inefficient, with space-consuming components, lack of item reordering, and no accessibility or style guide adherence.
Solution
Coordinated with product managers and clients to identify key pain points.
Designed and iterated on low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, ensuring adherence to company style guides and AAA accessibility guidelines.
Implemented a gallery format to display more checklist items at once and added a modal for creating new items while keeping the list in view.
Results
Streamlined experience for financial advisors, as confirmed by client feedback.
Reduced unused page space usage to less than 1/6 of the original layout.
