Challenge

BlackBerry’s all-in-one work app had an outdated, confusing UI and lacked essential email and document sharing features, leading to customer dissatisfaction.

Solution:

  1. Conducted user interviews to gather insights on pain points and feature requests.

  2. Researched competing products like Google Suite and Microsoft Office to identify best practices and essential features.

  3. Collaborated with stakeholders and developers to prioritize new features and UI updates, balancing user needs with development constraints.

  4. Designed low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with the development team throughout the process.

  5. Integrated the redesigned features into the app, followed by thorough beta testing to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
